Each household with an Avondale voter will receive an informational pamphlet to include arguments for and against the two bond questions (Resolution 1018-0425).
Ballot arguments are due to the City Clerk's Office by July 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Ballots mailed to ALL Avondale voters
Unlike other City elections, the November 4, 2025 election is a Special Election by mail. The Maricopa County Elections Department will begin mailing ballots to all registered Avondale voters on Oct. 8.
The postage-paid return affidavit envelope containing the ballot must be received by Maricopa County by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day (November 4, 2025).
A ballot box will be available inside the lobby at Avondale City Hall starting Oct. 8.
Last day to request a replacement ballot
You may request a replacement ballot by calling (602) 506-1511 or by emailing EVreq@maricopa.gov with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your current residential address
- Your date of birth
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Your mailing address for this election (if this is different from your residential address)
Requests must be received no later than October 24, 2025. Requests may also be submitted at any voting location found at Locations.Maricopa.Vote until 7 p.m. on Election Day.
Last day to mail your ballot (suggested date)
If you miss this deadline, you may deposit your ballot and affidavit at any replacement ballot center by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Election Day
For your ballot to be valid and counted, your voted ballot and signed affidavit must be received (POSTMARKS DO NOT COUNT) by the Maricopa County Elections Department by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2025. You may also deposit your ballot and affidavit at any replacement ballot center.
