The City of Avondale will be constructing a new park property in Old Town Avondale called Old town Plaza at the corner of Western Avenue and Dysart Avenue. This new facility is expected to be completed in 2026 and amenities will include:


  • Walking paths
  • Decorative Fencing
  • Area Lighting
  • Landscaping Improvements
  • Irrigation
  • Signage
  • Large Scale Public Art
