Request: Planned Area Development Rezone (PL-22-0230) on 12.34 net acres.
Location: Generally located 1,310 feet west of the northwest corner of Avondale Blvd and McDowell Rd. APN: 501-74-889. This site is owned by McDowell Townhomes Holdings LLC and is currently vacant.
Zoning Change: Rezone from Agricultural (AG) to McDowell Villas Planned Area Development (PAD) with underlying R-4 zoning with modifications. The request will facilitate the development of a 164-unit townhome development known as McDowell Villas.
PURSUANT TO ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES SECTIONS 9-462.04 et seq., NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission and City Council will be holding separate public hearings at the dates and times set forth below, in the place specified below, at which times and place all interested persons will have an opportunity to appear and be heard in relation to the following request(s):
