FINAL ACTION

City Council held a public hearing and adopted Ordinance 2016-0425, approving a request by Wendy Riddell of Berry Riddell, LLC, to rezone approximately six and a half (6.59) gross acres located west of the northwest corner of 4th Street and Lower Buckeye Road and authorize the Mayor or City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk to execute the necessary documents. The rezoning would modify the existing General Industrial (A-1) zoning that limits the use to a mini-storage warehouse with ancillary recreational vehicle (RV) storage to A-1 zoning with revised conditions to allow for a light industrial development. The Council will take appropriate action.
