Request: Rezone from General Industrial (A-1) with a use limitation of a self-storage facility, (PL-24-0201) to A-1 without the use limitation, on six (6) acres.

Location: Located west of the northwest corner of 4^th Street and Lower Buckeye Road (on Assessor Parcel Number 500-56-043). This site is owned by AZ Valley Acquisitions, LLC and is vacant.

Zoning Change: Rezone for General Industrial (A-1) to A-1 to allow for a light industrial complex.
