Request: Rezone (PL-23-0349) on approximately 1.8 acres.
Location: Approximately 149 feet south of the southwest corner of Western Avenue and 6th Street.
Zoning Change: Multi-Family Residential (R-3) to Old Town Avondale Business District (OTAB) to allow for development of a new Avondale Fire Station (No. 171) that will replace the existing fire station.
