Updated 2025 Strategic Plan

The updated Five-Year Strategic Plan will be used as a roadmap and tool for budgeting and resource allocation and policymaking. The 2025 Strategic Plan is designed as a flexible and “living” document that will be updated every five years.

The following five Strategic Outcome Areas are identified in the plan:

Economic Growth and Prosperity
Community Well-Being
Resilient Infrastructure and Transportation
Connected and Engaged Community
Innovative and Effective Government

Upon adoption of the plan, staff will begin the second phase of the process with the implementation of the strategies outlined in the plan through a City-Wide performance management initiative. Please find a link to the plan below.
