Request: Conditional Use Permit (zoning case PL-23-0303) on 2.3 acres. This is a request for Conditional Use Permit (CUP) approval for a mini-storage warehouse and personal storage development. This project was previously approved as a Conditional Use Permit by the City Council on June 21, 2021, zoning case PL-21-0003. The CUP has expired, and the applicant is requesting a new approval of the CUP for the same project to move forward with the development.
Location: Generally located at the southwest corner of Indian School Road and Osborn Road, Assessor Parcel 501-73-977.
Zoning Change: Zoned Palm Valley PAD, which allows for the use of the subject property in accordance with the permitted uses in the City’s C-2 (Community Commercial) zoning district.
PURSUANT TO ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES SECTIONS 9-462.04 et seq., NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at the dates and times set forth below, in the place specified below, at which times and place all interested persons will have an opportunity to appear and be heard in relation to the following request(s):
