Request: Conditional Use Permit (PL-24-0077) on approximately 6.04 acres.

Location: Generally located at the northeast corner of Riley Avenue and north Eliseo C. Felix Jr. Way. APNs: 500-26-007 and 500-26-008. This site is owned by Newmon Wong and is currently vacant.

Conditional Use Permit: Truck dispatch and fueling station.
