Request: Madison Leake of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A. is requesting a Conditional Use Permit (PL-23-0308) for a 4,280 square foot self-service car wash on 1.58 acres known as Super Star Car Wash.
Location: Generally located at the northeast corner of Avondale Boulevard and Lower Buckeye Road. APN: 101-54-939.
Zoning Information: Zoned Durango Park Planned Area Development (PAD), which allows for use of the subject property in accordance with the uses permitted in the City’s C-2 (Community Commercial) zoning district.
