Request: Major Planned Area Development Amendment (25-0054) on approximately 239 acres

Location: Southwest Corner of Avondale Boulevard and Lower Buckeye Road

Rezone: Major Amendment to the Hermosa Ranch Technology Campus – North Planned Area Development to adjust infrastructure phasing of the project and increase and increase the maximum allowable building height for portions of the specific to the data center portion of the development from 50 to 52 feet for the building roof, 55 to 61 feet for the building parapet, 75 to 77 feet for mechanical equipment screening, and 75 to 86 feet for elevator penthouses.
