Request: Rezone (PL-24-0221) on approximately 9.1 net-acres.
Location: Approximately 1,284 feet south of the southwest corner of Lower Buckeye Road and El Mirage Road.
Zoning Change: Urban Residential (R1-6) to Planned Area Development (PAD) to allow for development of 37 single family residential lots.
